PHASE ONE: ASSESSMENT


FEASIBILITY

Each Project begins by creating client goals. A thorough project analysis can be completed on potential sites prior to any acquisition or the finalizing of the base lease negotiations. Our Feasibility Phase includes ProForma budgets, site selection criteria, building lay-out, demographics, and customer profile market research. Our funding guidelines, when needed, assist the client with underwriting requirements and loan documentation for prospective lenders.

DUE DILLIGENCE

A feasible project requires the evaluation of its plan fitting the reality of the proposed site. Our knowledge of your business operational requirements assures the success of your business by bringing an understanding of customer access, utilities, signage, building layout, and cost limitations.

LEASE ANALYSIS, BOND OFFERINGS, AND PROJECT MASTER PLANS

The negotiations from the development of a lease, bond, or master plan documents, must deliver a facility that addresses the feasibility requirements and due diligence findings mentioned above. We provide the experience and guidance to assure your project meets the terms, conditions, and construction milestones set by your lease, bond, or master plan.
