OUR TEAM
CDM was founded in 1985 by James B. Crocker and John U. Fry, when they combined their expertise in building and development with their backgrounds in architecture, project management, and construction. Since then, as a company, we have continued to gain more experience and diversity and skill. We have promoted CDM's on-going learning and accreditations in our industry, and have created a name for ourselves that is recognized for innovation and quality—something you can find throughout all of our accomplishments.
Those who have become part of our company's team—project managers, designers, equipment coordinators, and owner stakeholders alike have each contributed great energy, ideas, and talent to help build our success. We have continued to promote the value of each person's contribution on the project teams we've created with client/sponsors, design consultants, major vendors, and contractors and subcontractors.
Our endeavors over the years tell a story of what we stand for and the management skills we provided while planning and developing office buildings, grocery stores, subdivisions, shopping centers, a museum, a corporate campus, and apartment complexes—they all stand for projects well done. We understand and appreciate the complexities and demands of meeting each new project's various challenges. We believe each project should be unique and address the client's vision and represent their identity in the community. We strive to educate how building design and operations need to be aligned. And our thoroughness and imagination gives each project far more than just the coordinated parts of the whole.
It has always been our goal to win our client's trust through a spirit of excellence. That goal is the same today as it was 28 years ago. |
