PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS A PROCESS

We believe most people don't understand the difference between Project Management and Construction Management. Our Project Management expertise is a complex oversight of the entire project that includes analysis of the Client's core goals and financial requirements and limitations. We work in consort with clients, design professionals, construction managers, accounting and legal professionals, and all divisions of government from city councils and mayors down to building departments officials and health inspectors.

We provide the combined strengths of design direction, financial monitoring, time management, and construction expertise. We actively seek to educate our clients on the importance of each step of the process—saving time that can't be found later, saving money by managing initial cost projections, and streamlining individual and team effort by examining responsibilities and monitoring performance. Each phase is assigned a percentage reflecting both time and importance to the accomplishment of the project.
